Booking & Reservations:

• All bookings must be made through our official website or approved booking partners.

• Valid ID proof must be presented at the time of check-in.

• Guests must be above the legal age for check-in unless accompanied by a guardian.

Check-In and Check-Out:

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Payments and Cancellation:

• Payment can be made online or upon arrival.

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

• No-shows or late cancellations will incur one night’s charge.

Guest Conduct:

• We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons.

• Illegal activities and property damage will result in immediate expulsion without refund.

Use of Website:

• You agree not to use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited.
